You will develop an understanding of our business unit structure, organizational values, corporate safety programs, and safety management system. You will identify and build relationships with key stakeholders from our company, including Operations and Shared Services, and support the advancement of our safety culture.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and guide our safety programs and initiatives by working closely with our Joint Health and Safety Committees and engaging with our Operations teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, review, and update our safety programs to ensure continued compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Support other working groups related to health and safety programs to develop and launch initiatives based on your own experiences and knowledge.
