About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of the team, you will act as the primary contact for both internal and external business partners while preparing various documents pertaining to importing and exporting goods on a global level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external business partners for export and import activities
  • Arrange exports and warehouse transfer shipments and communicate with DCs to ensure deliveries to 3PL warehouses globally
  • Prepare all necessary export and customs documents
  • Monitor and process export shipment bookings and coordinate shipment deliveries with freight forwarders, transport, and warehouse partners
  • Distribute documents to customs brokers to ensure customs clearance
  • Communicate with partners to ensure pickup and delivery schedules are met
  • Find cost-effective transportation options to move goods
  • Process Canadian duty drawbacks
  • May work on goods classification (HTS code) and coordinate with Canadian 3PL for Canadian store shipments
  • Prepare documentation for one-time shipments for global moves via FedEx or UPS
  • Handle sample shipments via UPS/FedEx

Requirements

  • Experience in the apparel and fashion industry is preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain/Logistics is an asset
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently but can work well within a team environment
  • Strong follow-up skills, organized, efficient, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with USA Fish and Wildlife is an asset
  • Bilingual - English and French
