Business Development Manager

Challenger Motor Freight Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parcel transportation and a proven track record of success in new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the parcel transportation market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in parcel transportation sales
- Strong knowledge of the parcel transportation market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
