Senior Project Manager, Mechanical and Electrical Infrastructure

**Job Summary**
Humber College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager, Mechanical and Electrical to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the delivery of large-scale mechanical and electrical infrastructure projects, including the conversion of heating distribution systems, decommissioning of existing steam heating plants, and installation of new hot water pipe networks.
- Oversee the replacement of end-of-life central plant equipment with more efficient systems, such as heat pumps and heat recovery chillers.
- Extend heating and cooling networks to connect to buildings not currently supplied by central utilities plants.
- Optimize the operation of existing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Manage engineering feasibility studies for long-term strategic planning of heating and cooling assets.
**Requirements**
- 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- P. Eng. designation and licensure to practice in the Province of Ontario.
- 5-9 years of experience in project management and construction.
- Experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in diverse mechanical building services projects.
- Experience with alternate energy technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized, self-directed work habits with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and schedule tasks.
