About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Electrical Systems Estimator to join our team at AACE International. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed cost estimates for major infrastructure construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of project requirements and specifications.
  • Produce detailed cost estimates for M&E components, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on cost management and estimation best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cost estimation and management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of M&E specifications, Single-Line Drawings, and Schematic Drawings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools, including MS Office and project management software.
  • Membership of professional organizations, such as AACE International, is a plus.
