Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead the development of new sales opportunities for our project-based services in the banking and financial sector.

Salary: We offer an attractive annual salary of $120,000-$180,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director of Sales for the Banking and Financial Sector and be responsible for deploying strategies to generate and develop new clients and partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing service proposals, coordinating the sales process across various business solution practices and units, and adopting a multi-client approach to developing new opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in commerce, engineering, or another relevant field;
  • Proven experience in sales and business development for project-based services in consulting and related technologies within the financial sector;
  • Experience in proposal writing, bidding, and achieving sales targets;
  • Excellent reputation and established network of contacts in the financial sector;
  • Demonstrated abilities in influence, negotiation, and analysis;
