Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to provide leadership and direction for our Sales, Partnerships, and Sales Operations teams. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for fine-tuning and optimizing our sales engine to drive growth in the North American market, with a focus on key market segments: SMBs, Parks & Recreation, and Non-Profit.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Sales Operations teams.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our growth objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified approach toward company goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and strategy sessions to align team efforts with revenue goals.
  • Identify skill gaps, provide coaching, and drive continuous team improvement.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 3 years in an executive role (VP or higher).
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling high-growth sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, CRM tools (Salesforce experience is preferred), and how to optimize teams for growth.
