About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive to join our team at Canadian Tax & Financial Services Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of financial and operating plans to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor and control financial systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Human Resources Management
    • Recruit, select, and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the company's leadership pipeline is strong and diverse.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the establishment and maintenance of effective operational systems and processes to ensure the company's efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a financial or business services organization.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
