Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive to join our team at Canadian Tax & Financial Services Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
- Financial Management
- Oversee the development and implementation of financial and operating plans to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Monitor and control financial systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Human Resources Management
- Recruit, select, and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the company's leadership pipeline is strong and diverse.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of effective operational systems and processes to ensure the company's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a financial or business services organization.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
