About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at M KABIR CONTRACTING INC. as a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams of more than 20 people.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large workload.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, and organized.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
