About the Role

M KABIR CONTRACTING INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  2. Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to senior staff members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  3. Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate financial, human, and material resources to achieve organizational objectives.
  4. Negotiations: Represent the company in high-level negotiations and official functions, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  5. Talent Management: Identify, select, and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
  6. Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, as well as promote human resources planning to optimize business performance.
Supervision and Team Management

As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for supervising a team of over 20 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.

Technical Requirements
  1. Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  1. Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  2. Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Personal Qualities and Skills
  1. Accurate and Efficient: Possess accurate and efficient interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  2. Judgement and Organized: Demonstrate sound judgement and be highly organized in your work.
Work Terms and Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
