Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide strategic support to our senior-level management team at Ontario Power Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior-level management, including preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and statistical data.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Manage and maintain physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process and consolidate information from various sources, preparing required forms, summaries, and reports.
  • Perform liaison functions between senior-level management and other teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Arrange for relief and assistance during periods of high workload or prolonged absence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or executive administrative assistant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
