Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team at our Stoney Creek Brandt Peterbilt location. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a professional image for our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of general office procedures. They will be responsible for responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, candidates, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Logistics: Coordinate the logistical aspects of departmental programs, including meetings, seminars, workshops, and special projects.
  3. Communication: Provide information to staff and/or clients about special activities and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
  4. Administrative: Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner, ensure necessary office supplies are stocked, and coordinate employee coveralls with the vendor of choice.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of general office procedures.
