Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Anabella Dental.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our dental practice, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and surgeries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient information, treatment plans, and billing details.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and supply management.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external parties, including insurance companies and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Administrative Assistant will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and remote work arrangements.
