We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at the Embassy Grand Convention Centre.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered areas.
Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Dust furniture and fixtures throughout the building
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Make beds and change sheets in guest rooms
- Provide clean towels and toiletries to guests
- Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
- Clean and disinfect elevators
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Assist guests with requests for extra supplies or services
- Provide basic information on facilities and services
- No degree, certificate or diploma is required
- Will train for the role
- Permanent employment opportunity
- Work 35 hours per week
- Languages: English
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
