About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at BELL 720 RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
    • Develop and implement budget plans to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget.
    • Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained.
  • Marketing and Customer Service
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to attract and retain customers.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Beverage services manager certification.
    • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Electronic cash register.
    • MS Excel.
    • MS Office.
    • MS PowerPoint.
    • MS Word.
    • Point of sale system.
    • Spreadsheet.
  • Experience and Skills
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge.
    • Basic security clearance.
    • Criminal record check.
    • Willing to travel.
