Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at BELL 720 RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, develop and implement cost-saving strategies, and monitor revenue and labor costs.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available and that waste is minimized.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and provide input on promotional activities to drive sales growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Beverage services manager certification and Food Safety Certificate.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
