Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, develop and implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available and that waste is minimized.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Beverage services manager certification and Food Safety Certificate.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic cash registers.
