Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive proactive business development, presales, and solutioning on industry domain topics in various industry segments.
  • Engage regularly with sales and account teams to promote business development and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and define industry focus areas, offerings, and solutions in alignment with strategic account needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with technology and consulting practices to create industry-specific offerings and solutions.
  • Establish and lead an industry ecosystem in partnership with ISVs, hyperscalers, and other technology and service partners.
  • Lead industry analyst and advisor engagement and support marketing initiatives on industry topics.
  • Manage a small group of industry solution practitioners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 20 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience enabling digital transformation in industries such as travel, hospitality, logistics, transportation, retail, and CPG.
  • Minimum of 5 years of pre-sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of people and team management experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of prevailing trends in various industries.
  • Experience in defining industry focus areas, creating industry offerings, and GTM solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, industry domain, presales, solutioning, and consultative business development skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic conversations with business stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated success in winning deals.
  • Strong understanding of technology and its applications to solve industry and lines of business transformation.
  • Ability to devise and execute a strategy.
