Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profitability by establishing a premier industrial reseller network to enhance sales and market share across the company's product range.
  • Directly engage with the industrial manufacturing and emergency services sectors to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Oversee the territory to ensure optimal coverage across designated product lines.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of the industrial market and take ownership of the company's profitability and success on each project.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Deliver bi-monthly presentations to management detailing past performance and current metrics for the region.
  • Become proficient in utilizing sales support resources and train partners on available tools and programs.
  • Ensure competitive pricing and appropriate discount levels for resellers in accordance with program criteria.
  • Generate monthly sales forecasts and develop actionable plans to meet sales targets.
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures throughout all business phases.
  • Provide training and consultation to resellers to stimulate expected annual sales growth.
  • Expand market share annually by enhancing existing niche partner networks and acquiring new partners to fill regional gaps.
  • Collaborate with resellers to engage with products and programs to foster sustainable growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support activities aimed at creating sustainable profitability.


Qualifications:

  • Expertise in consultative selling techniques, needs assessment, and strategic planning.
  • Experience with technical products distributed through networks.
  • Mechanical inclination is essential.
  • Proven success in selling to direct manufacturing, OEMs, and National Accounts is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large territory and grow an existing client base.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel overnight; initial travel may be around 50%, decreasing to 30% in subsequent years.
  • Customer-facing role four days a week, with one day dedicated to home office tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, Quote Tools, and CRM systems.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and passport.


Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including salary, commissions, mileage reimbursement, a pension plan, and a comprehensive benefits package. Total estimated earnings are approximately $120,000.
