Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Urban area work setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and reliability

Work Environment: Our office is located in an urban area, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language: English

Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
