Administrative Professional with Office Management Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team at SHERDIL PRECISION INC. as an Office Administrator. This role involves providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and overseeing office administrative procedures. They will also carry out administrative activities, assemble data, prepare reports, and perform data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
- Office Operations: Manage office administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, and perform data entry tasks.
- Accounting and Payroll: Oversee payroll administration, manage accounts payable, and manage accounts receivable.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Simply Accounting and Sage Accounting Software, knowledge of Industrial health and safety, Human resources, ISO, and technical terminology.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

- RRSP: Employer-matched Registered Retirement Savings Plan contributions.
This is a permanent full-time position with 30-44 hours of work per week. Fluency in English is required.
