About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Analytics and Reporting to join our team at Northern Health Authority. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality analytics and reporting services to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts and reporting specialists to develop and implement analytics and reporting strategies that meet organizational information needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their information needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics and reporting projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and reporting, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of recent, related leadership and management experience, preferably in a complex environment.
  • Experience with data management, including linkage, analysis, interpretation, and data systems.
  • Knowledge of data governance practices and business and technology issues related to enterprise data asset management.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project leadership and/or PMP certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of information management, business processes, technologies, and applications.
  • Ability to problem-solve complex issues towards creative solutions.
  • Ability to set and maintain priorities, work under pressure, and be results-oriented.
