About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Analytics and Reporting to join our team at Northern Health Authority. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our analytics and reporting function, driving business insights and informing strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts and data specialists to deliver high-quality reports, insights, and analysis that meet organizational information needs.
  • Develop and implement our analytics and reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Manage and maintain our enterprise data asset, ensuring data governance practices and business and technology issues are addressed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum seven years of recent, related leadership and management experience, working within a complex environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with data management, including linkage, analysis, interpretation, and data systems.
  • Knowledge of data governance practices and business and technology issues related to enterprise data asset management.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
