About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Analytics & Reporting to join our team at BCJobs. As a champion with management and leadership expertise, you will be responsible for managing a team that provides reports, insights, and analysis that meet organizational information needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team that delivers high-quality, modernized, and standards-driven enterprise analytics and reporting services.
  • Develop and execute the analytics and reporting strategy and operational plans.
  • Lead change and manage conflict effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into application architecture requirements.
  • Manage the political climate of the organization.
  • Travel within Northern Health's geographic region as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of recent, related leadership and management experience, working within a complex environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with data management, including linkage, analysis, interpretation, and data systems.
  • Knowledge in data governance practices and business and technology issues related to enterprise data asset management.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience with project leadership and/or PMP certification is an asset.
