Job Summary:
Northern Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Manager, Analytics & Reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that provides critical insights and analysis to support organizational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts and data specialists to develop and implement analytics and reporting strategies
- Manage and maintain enterprise data assets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance
- Develop and implement data management systems, including data linkage, analysis, and interpretation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Provide expert advice and guidance on data governance practices and business and technology issues related to enterprise data asset management
- Lead change management initiatives and manage conflict to ensure successful implementation of analytics and reporting strategies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including verbal and written presentations, and ability to make presentations to groups
- Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of information management, business processes, technologies, and applications
- Manage complex issues and develop creative solutions
- Understand and manage the political climate of the organization
- Translate business needs into application architecture requirements
- Develop and implement project management processes and systems development life cycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration
- Minimum seven (7) years of recent, related leadership and management experience, working within a complex environment, preferably healthcare
- Experience with data management, including linkage, analysis, interpretation, and data systems
- Knowledge in data governance practices and business and technology issues related to enterprise data asset management
- Experience with project leadership and/or PMP certification is an asset
- Demonstrated successful leadership and management skills
- Ability to lead change and manage conflict
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and to make presentations to groups
- Advanced knowledge of information management, business processes, technologies, and applications
- Knowledge in data governance practices and business and technology issues related to enterprise data asset management
- Ability to problem-solve complex issues towards creative solutions
- Understanding of and the ability to manage the political climate of the organization

- Starting salary will be approximately from $106,026 to $132,533 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions
