About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager, Analytics & Reporting to join our team at BCJobs. As a champion with management and leadership experience, you will be responsible for managing a team that provides reports, insights, and analysis that meet organizational information needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data management, including linkage, analysis, interpretation, and data systems. They will also have knowledge in data governance practices and business and technology issues related to the enterprise data asset management.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering our analytics and reporting strategy and operational plans. They will ensure modernized, high-quality, ethical, and standards-driven enterprise analytics and reporting service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration and a minimum of seven (7) years of recent, related leadership and management experience, working within a complex environment, preferably in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team that provides reports, insights, and analysis that meet organizational information needs.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver analytics and reporting strategy and operational plans.
  • Ensure modernized, high-quality, ethical, and standards-driven enterprise analytics and reporting service.
  • Develop and implement data governance practices and business and technology issues related to the enterprise data asset management.
  • Lead change and manage conflict, and foster effective working relationships, both internal and external at all levels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration.

  • Knowledge in data governance practices and business and technology issues related to the enterprise data asset management.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience with project leadership and/or PMP certification an asset.
