Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician to join the Reproductive Care Program of Nova Scotia as a Family Medicine Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and advice on relevant medical/clinical issues in collaboration with the other RCP Medical Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical guidance and support to the RCP team
  • Facilitating quality review activities within Nova Scotia Health facilities
  • Collaborating with staff and physicians at IWK Health Centre on quality initiatives

Requirements:

  • Family medicine physician licensed in Nova Scotia
  • Experience in obstetrical and newborn care
