Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at New York Painting and Coating ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Project Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control and develop and implement quality control programs.
  • Risk Management: Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential risks and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
