- Procurement and Logistics: Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that all projects meet the required standards.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects to our clients.
- Work Hours: Work 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required to meet project deadlines.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
