About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Team Management and Supervision

Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, to ensure effective project execution and quality control.

Contract Administration

Prepare, negotiate, and manage construction contracts, including revisions, changes, and additions.

Quality Control and Assurance

Establish and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Procurement and Logistics

Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements
