About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at GRD Construction Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project schedules and milestones to ensure timely completion
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
    • Prepare and submit project budget estimates and track expenses
    • Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including clients and project team members
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong project management and coordination skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
