Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with project supervisors and managers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to inform project decisions
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality results
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Permanent employment with a standard 40-hour workweek
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work
