About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Steelage Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Contract Administration

Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and changes to contractual agreements with clients and vendors.

Quality Control and Assurance

Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Team Management

Direct and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project delivery.

Communication and Reporting

Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and company management.

Requirements
  • Education

Candidates must have a degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Language

Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
