Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at GRD CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Subcontractor Management: Hire, supervise, and manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and changes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure high-quality work.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular project reports, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project progress and issues are addressed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in an office environment, with occasional site visits.
