About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Operations Manager to join our team at Vivreau Canada Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our call center operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, and Develop Staff: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of our call center team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Plan and Direct Research: Conduct research to identify areas for improvement in our call center operations and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Direct and Advise Staff: Provide guidance and support to our call center team members to help them develop and implement service quality assessment strategies.
  • Plan, Develop, and Organize Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Represent the Company: Serve as a representative of Vivreau Canada Inc. in various economic and social organizations to promote our brand and build relationships.
  • Provide Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support through our call center operations.
  • Assign, Coordinate, and Review Projects and Programs: Oversee the development and implementation of projects and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Experience and Qualifications
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Education: Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
