Job Overview:
As a Call Center Sales Manager within our EFS department, you'll lead and mentor sales teams in a fast-paced call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to train and develop sales managers to excel in hitting targets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving outstanding sales performance. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, collaborating closely with the Product Owner to align departmental goals with the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Design and implement training programs and innovative sales techniques to drive team performance.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize sales tactics.
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative team environment that motivates employees and drives results.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and provide guidance to the team and clients on the best use of these programs.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in the financial services or fintech sectors. Prior call center experience is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
