Key Responsibilities- Inbound and Outbound Call Handling
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about the vehicle acquisition process, trade-in values, and current promotions.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, inquiries, and promotional campaigns related to vehicle acquisition.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule appointments for customers interested in selling or trading in their vehicles, ensuring seamless coordination with acquisition specialists and managers.
- Confirm appointments and notify customers of any changes or delays, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and address their inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle acquisition, resolving customer complaints or escalating issues to the appropriate department.
- Lead Management
- Update and maintain customer records and leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and call metrics, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Communication and Coordination
- Communicate effectively with acquisition specialists, managers, and other team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicle acquisition process, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Sales Support
- Promote additional services and offers related to vehicle acquisition, where appropriate, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inform customers of current promotions and special offers, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive sales environment is highly desirable.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, with a customer-centric attitude and a focus on achieving acquisition targets.
- Working Conditions
- The role is primarily office-based, with frequent use of a computer and telephone.
- May require extended periods of sitting and working at a desk.
- Occasional interaction with customers in the showroom or acquisition center.
