About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetic Services Manager to join our team at Gangnam Rejuvenation Laser Center Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
  • Plan and control budgets and inventory to optimize resources and minimize waste.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote the center's services.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
