Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Seaville Transport Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including scheduling and workflow management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
