About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at JKN Transport Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery to customers.
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, stocking, and shipping merchandise.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to meet customer demands and reduce costs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of stored goods and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics systems. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
