Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

NORTHERN L.E.D LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Support for Diversity and Inclusion: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
