Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Cambric Imports Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the warehouse, such as equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations and performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy loads and tight deadlines.
