About the Role

As a Stock Team Lead at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team with the everyday running of the stock flow. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of stock handlers to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ownership of the flow of stock, ensuring that stock levels are accurately managed and that stockroom operations are running smoothly.
  • Ownership of the Inventory Process, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring that stock is accurately picked and packed for customers.
  • Encouraging the team to hit their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that company standards are consistently met.
  • Visual merchandising, ensuring that stock is displayed in a visually appealing way to maximize sales.
  • Being a Brand Ambassador, promoting the Mountain Warehouse brand and values to customers and colleagues alike.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for organization and attention to detail.
  • An interest in visual merchandising and the ability to create visually appealing displays.
  • The ability to lift heavy boxes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude.
