Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Shanghai Express Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control the operations of our commercial facilities, including the warehouse, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Inventory Management: Plan and organize the inventory of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage the operations budget for our warehouse, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, Business management software, Dispatch management service software, Inventory control software, Spreadsheet, Internet, MS Windows, Adobe Suite.
Work Environment:

Our warehouse is located in an urban area, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and be physically demanding.
