Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, nurturing collaboration with hiring managers, and supporting HR initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.">
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.">
  • Familiarity with provincial labour legislation, human rights codes, and occupational health and safety guidelines.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.">
