We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager Assistant to join our team at Kartik Venture Ltd O/A Circle K. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our gas station. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your supervisory skills and take on new challenges in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of Station Attendants
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Create work schedules
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Direct and control daily operations

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Retail Store Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of Station Attendants
• Managing staff and assigning duties as needed
• Creating work schedules to ensure efficient operation of the gas station
• Overseeing payroll administration to ensure accurate payment of employees
• Directing and controlling daily operations to meet sales targets and customer service standards

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school required
• Minimum 6 months of previous retail sales experience in a similar field is required
• Previous supervisory/management experience is an asset
