Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Associate at National Employment and Consulting Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. Your primary goal will be to identify and resolve issues efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide support for business systems, network, and Internet connectivity

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week
  • English language required
