About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this Guest Relations Supervisor role will possess a strong background in leadership and customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of the Global Guest Relations team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Coordinators and Specialists, providing strategic guidance, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Guest Relations Coordinators and Specialists, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with the Commercial teams to identify opportunities and propose viable solutions.
  • Analyze guest feedback and loyalty initiatives to inform business decisions and enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of loyalty initiatives and guest experiences.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within reservations or front office in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using analytics and strategy preferred.
  • Excellent business communication skills, with fluency in verbal and written English, and bilingual language skills a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Opera POS system.
