Versaterm's commitment to public safety has driven us to develop innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of agencies. As a Technical Deployment Specialist for Public Agencies, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing support of our software suite.
You'll work closely with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute the deployment of our solutions. This includes configuring, upgrading, patching, and documenting our software, as well as collaborating with clients to resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and deploy the Versaterm software suite on various customer, cloud, and in-house Linux-based servers.
- Develop and implement efficient deployment strategies to minimize downtime and ensure seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and address any technical issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all deployments, including configuration settings, patch levels, and any notable issues.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of our software.
