We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced CX Operations Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process optimization, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer deployments and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet timelines
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth experiences
  • Design and refine standard operating procedures
  • Maintain client-facing resources and documentation
  • Track and analyze key metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in project management and process optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new technologies and digital tools
  • Experience working with web3, blockchain, crypto, or DAOs is a plus
